A dressing material for puncture of the present invention includes a support film, a frame sheet, and a release liner, which are laminated from an upper side in this order. An adhesive is used to bond the support film and the frame sheet, and bond the frame sheet and the release liner. The support film is a base material having a thickness of from 10 μm to 80 μm. The adhesive has a mass per unit area of from 30 g/m2 to 80 g/m2.
The present invention includes: a base material layer (10) in which a first adhesive layer is provided on one surface of a film; a release sheet (30) that is releasably laminated to cover the surface of the first adhesive layer; and a nonwoven fabric sheet (20) that is laminated on the surface side of the base material layer that is opposite the first adhesive layer. The nonwoven fabric sheet (20) is affixed to the film by providing a second adhesive layer on one surface of a nonwoven fabric having a hollow formed therein, and a window section is formed by a hollow section (23) of the nonwoven fabric sheet. The present invention addresses the problem of providing a patch material the ease of handling of which has been improved and with which it is easy to peel off a carrier layer that has been bonded to a support body layer after patching onto a site of application. The present invention is a patch product (1) composed of a patch material (2) and a take-up tape (7) covering an upper side thereof, wherein: the patch material (2) is constituted by being provided with an adhesive tape (10) substantially in the form of strip provided with a support body (4) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) provided to the surface of one side of the support body (4), a release liner (5) that is affixed to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) and is more elongated than the support body (4), and a carrier film (6) that is bonded to the surface of the support body (4) on the side opposite the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) side; the take-up tape (7) is provided with a tape support body (9) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (8) provided on a surface thereof; the tape (7) is affixed to the carrier film (6), and preferably affixed to both the carrier film (6) and the release liner (5); and an end of one side of the carrier film (6) is not bonded to the surface of the support body (4) of the adhesive tape (10), thereby forming an unbonded end (6a) that is released from the support body (4).

A transfer tape wound on the paying-out reel is wound onto the winding reel while in contact with a pressing surface of the transfer pressing part and an adhesive 3 of the transfer tape wound on the paying-out reel.

Thereby, said shape is transferred to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surface to achieve the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having an easy-stick function and comprising grooves for facilitating removal of fluids such as gases or liquids that enter into gaps between the adherend and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet during adhesion.
