[Problem] The present invention provides a dressing material for puncture that allows puncture to be performed while the blood vessel of the puncture site and a puncture needle are being observed using an ultrasonography device, and that can fixate the puncture site as is used during the puncture. Thus, the present invention provides a dressing material for puncture that prevents air from entering between an adhesive and the skin when the dressing material for puncture is applied, and that achieves not only an increase in ultrasound transmissivity but also an increase in moisture permeability. [Solution] A dressing material for puncture according to the present invention comprises a support film, a frame sheet, and a release liner that are stacked in this order from above, wherein the support film and the frame sheet, and the frame sheet and the release liner are bonded together using an adhesive. The dressing material for puncture is characterized in that the support film includes a base material having a thickness of 10 μm to 80 μm, and the adhesive has a mass per unit area of 30 g/m2to 80 g/m2.

This operation device is for operating a shielding device comprising a bottom rail connected to the lower end of a shielding material and an intermediate bar connected to the upper end of the shielding material. The operation device comprises an operation unit that switches the operation device between a first state in which the bottom rail can be operated up and down and a second state in which the intermediate bar can be operated up and down.
A body 101 of a tape pressing module 100 is disposed with an inclination inside an attachment part 14 of an arm body 11 so as to extend under a tape pressing part 59 of a tape pressure bonding mechanism 51 (on the back side of a pressure bonding surface) from the outside to the inside of the tape pressing part 59. Thus, the tip end (arm body 11) of a second arm 5 does not protrude outside (forward when seen from the operator). Further, the inclined arrangement of the body 101 of the tape pressing module 100 makes it possible to downsize the tip end (arm body 11) of the second arm 5 and facilitates handling in a narrow place. Accordingly, the efficiency of a binding operation can be increased.
[Problem] To improve the ease of adhering of an adhesive member. [Solution] A support 12 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 of an adhesive member 10 are formed in substantially a U-shape having a recess 16. A liner 30 is formed so as to be larger than the outer periphery of the support 12 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 including the recess 16, and is provided with a pair of slits 32 that divide the liner into three. On the basis of the center C in the left-right direction of the recess 16, the pair of slits 32 pass through the liner 30 near the recess 16 and further to the outer side than both right and left ends 18, 20 of the recess 16. Through this feature, when a divided piece 30b at the center of the liner 30 is first removed, a part of the the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 from roughly an upper end to a lower end, including parts positioned at both the right and left sides of the recess 16 is exposed, and therefore the adhesive member 10 can be firmly and stably adhered to a targeted position. Moreover, a central portion of the the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is first adhered, and therefore the remaining divided pieces 30a, 30b of the liner 30 can be easily peeled off, and the remaining part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 can be easily adhered.
[Problem] To improve the ease of affixing an affixing member. [Solution] A support body 12, an adhesive 14, and a liner 30 of an affixing member 10 are formed to roughly a U-shape having a concave part 16. The liner 30 is provided with a pair of slits 32 passing the vicinity of the concave part 16 on the outer side relative to the left and right edges 18, 20 of the concave part 16 with respect to the lateral-direction center C of the concave part 16, the pair of slits 32 dividing the liner into three. As a result, when a division piece 30b at the center of the liner 30 is first peeled, a portion from substantially the upper edge to the lower edge of the adhesive 14, including portions located on both the left and right sides of the concave part 16, becomes exposed, making it possible to perform affixation in a firm and stable manner at a target position. In addition, because the center section of the adhesive 14 is first affixed, it becomes easier to peel remaining division pieces 30a, 30b of the liner 30, and it becomes easier to affix the remaining portions of the adhesive 14.

[Problem] To provide a wound-covering material that improves the visibility of a wound site, and rapidly absorbs and holds an appropriate amount of exudate. [Solution] A wound-covering material characterized by having a highly absorbent pad that contains a laminate structure comprising a polyester non-woven fabric layer and a water-absorbing layer, wherein the water-absorbing layer comprises highly-absorbent fibers, polypropylene fibers and a polyethylene binder, and the highly-absorbent pad is formed so as to have penetrating openings.
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adhesive bandage such as a band-aid that has, as a support, a superfine urethane nonwoven fabric that has excellent air permeability and elasticity, the adhesive bandage having a good balance of various desired properties including adhesiveness to own rear surface, drying property, gas transmission, and interlaminar strength by appropriately embossing the surface of the support. The present invention is an elongated adhesive bandage comprising the superfine urethane nonwoven fabric that is embossed on one side and has an adhesive layer laminated on the side opposite the embossed side, the adhesive bandage being characterized by having a ratio (y/x) of the 30% tensile load of the long side direction (y) of the adhesive bandage to the 30% tensile load of the short side direction (x) thereof of 0.8 to 2.0, a water retention rate per weight of the urethane nonwoven fabric of 0.8 or less, an adhesive force to Bakelite plates of 5.0 to 8.0 N/24 mm, and an adhesive force to the embossed surface (adhesive force to own rear surface) of 1.2 N/24 mm or more.

[Problem] To provide a binding device capable of preventing damage to a binding tape that uses biodegradable material as a base material. [Solution] A resin-made attachment 105 having a shape and a material appropriate for a binding tape 7 can be used due to a pressing surface 106 being formed on the attachment 105, which is detachably attached to a head 84 of a tape-pressing plate 83. In addition, because a tape-receiving plate 87 is constructed with a rubber plate, the impact of a pointed edge 85 of the tape-pressing plate 83 being plunged into the tape-receiving plate 87 can be absorbed by the tape-receiving plate 87. Consequently, damage can be prevented to a binding tape 7 using fragile biodegradable material as a base material.
