Abstract

An adhesive is used to bond the support film and the frame sheet, and bond the frame sheet and the release liner. The support film is a base material having a thickness of from 10 μm to 80 μm. The adhesive has a mass per unit area of from 30 g/m2 to 80 g/m2.

[Solution] A support 12 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 of an adhesive member 10 are formed in substantially a U-shape having a recess 16. Through this feature, when a divided piece 30b at the center of the liner 30 is first removed, a part of the the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 from roughly an upper end to a lower end, including parts positioned at both the right and left sides of the recess 16 is exposed, and therefore the adhesive member 10 can be firmly and stably adhered to a targeted position. Moreover, a central portion of the the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is first adhered, and therefore the remaining divided pieces 30a, 30b of the liner 30 can be easily peeled off, and the remaining part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 can be easily adhered.

Abstract

Abstract

Provided is a facial patch including a support, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a release layer in this order, in which (a) the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer satisfies the following conditions (a-1) to (a-3): (a-1) the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, a tackifier resin, and a softening agent; (a-2) the ratio (mass ratio) of the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer and the tackifier resin is 1:2 to 1:4; and (a-3) the content of the softening agent is 40% to 60% by mass; and (b) the support has elastic moduli with a Young's modulus of 0.01 GPa to 0.5 GPa, and also provided is a method for producing the facial patch, the method including a step of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the upper surface of the release layer.
