A system for fixing and/or locking containers on a fastening arrangement, in particular bags, cases or rucksacks (16) on a support, such as a luggage rack. In said system, a fastening element is mounted on the support, or on an accessory for the support, and engages in a receiving element (1) of a container and can be releasably connected thereto, wherein the receiving element is designed with an introduction means or a guide for a fastening element, into which the fastening element can be introduced, and wherein the receiving element includes a spring-loaded means that has an unlocking and/or abutment region on its entry site.
