In the microorganism-fixing carrier for water treatment according to the present invention, at least part of the peripheral side surface of a columnar body 1 made of soft polyurethane foam is coated with a coating member 2 that is harder than the soft polyurethane foam.
Provided is a microorganism-immobilized carrier for water treatment, which has excellent durability while maintaining organic wastewater treatment performance. The microorganism-immobilized carrier for water treatment according to the present invention comprises an integral form of a flexible polyurethane foam and a rigid member which is harder than the flexible polyurethane foam, wherein the flexible polyurethane foam has a swelling density of 20-70 kg/m3 when swollen with water, an average pore number of 2-8 pores/5 mm when swollen with water, and a volume swelling ratio of more than 100% and 1,000% or less when swollen with water.

The crosslinking agent composition can improve the storage stability of a water-compatible resin composition.
