The present spacer device for vine support wires is adapted to be fixed to a vine post (1) and comprises: a first ring (2) adapted to encircle the post (11) in a substantially horizontal position and to co-operate with recesses (13) of the post (11); a first (3) and a second (4) arm which extend from the first ring (2) and are respectively equipped with a second (5) and a third (6) ring which are adapted to receive and support vine support wires. The first arm (3) has at least one hook (7) adapted to hook on to the post (11) in the region of a recess (13) of the post and to fix the first arm (3) directly to the post (11). The second arm (4) has a hook (8) adapted to fix the second arm (4) directly or indirectly to the post (11).
