Abrégé

Provided is an injection molding method that can resolve uneven reinforcing fiber distribution without applying an excessive shearing force on the reinforcing fibers. In the injection molding method for fiber-reinforced resin according to the present invention: a resin-accumulating area is provided on the downstream side of the injection completion position inside a heating cylinder (201); in the injection step of a preceding cycle, an injection pressure is applied on molten resin (Mr) occupying the resin-accumulating area; and in the plasticizing step of the following cycle, a shearing force is applied on the molten resin (Mr) that is occupying the resin-accumulating area. Applying a high injection pressure on the molten resin (Mr) occupying the resin-accumulating area impregnates molten resin (Mr) into clumped reinforcing fibers (F). Subsequently applying a shearing force in the plasticizing step of the following cycle promotes dispersion of the reinforcing fibers (F).

Abrégé

Provided is an injection molding machine for two-material molding which heats metal molds efficiently, prevents interference between metal molds when the molds are closed, and effectively prevents overshooting of the cavity temperature. The injection molding machine for two-material molding has two sets of a first injection unit and a second injection unit for plasticizing and injection filling different resin materials respectively. Heating of the metal molds starts while a rotary die plate is not yet completely rotated by 180 degrees, before injection molding is carried out at the first injection unit side of a secondary side but after injection molding is carried out at the second injection unit side of a primary side. In addition, after the start of heating but before the rotary die plate is not yet completely rotated by 180 degrees, i.e. before the molds are closed, the temperature of the metal molds is maintained within a temperature range which is set higher than the temperature of the metal molds at the start of heating but lower than the temperature of the metal molds during injection molding.

Abrégé

Disclosed is an injection molding method capable of preventing impressions from flow-merging sections from remaining as external appearance defects when a crystalline resin is injection molded in a mold having multiple gates. With a mold (10) heated to at least 100°C below the melting temperature of a crystalline resin (20), the crystalline resin (20) which contains spherical bodies is injected into and fills a cavity (12) of the mold (10) via multiple gates (14). Then, the mold (10) is cooled, hardening the crystalline resin (20) within the cavity (12).

Abrégé

An injection molding system which enables the temperature of a mold to be precisely regulated even when there is a delay in increasing the mold temperature upon heat supply with a heating medium; a computer program; a method of injection molding; and an injection molding machine. During each injection molding cycle, after initiation of resin injection, the temperatures of a stationary mold half and a movable mold half are regulated so as to be kept between the upper limit (TU) and lower limit (TL) of a predetermined temperature region. This temperature control of the stationary mold half and movable mold half is conducted only by turning onor off a heating medium, without conducting cooling with a cooling medium or the like. In the course of resin cooling, the temperatures of the stationary mold half and movable mold half are regulated by supplying a cooling medium, stopping the supply, supplying the heating medium, and stopping the supply so that the temperatures thereof are kept between the upper limit (TUa) and lower limit (TLa) of a temperature region effective in annealing the resin.

Abrégé

A motor for injection molding machine exhibiting excellent durability, and a rotor of a buried magnet motor. In a plate (22) constituting the rotor (20) of a servo motor, a columnar portion (25) formed between adjacent holding holes (24, 24) serves, at a portion between the inner circumferential end (25a) and the intermediate portion (25c) thereof, as a holding portion (30) coming into line contact with a permanent magnet (23) which is thereby locked even during acceleration/deceleration of the servo motor and prevented from moving. Since the permanent magnet (23) does not butt against a specific part of the columnar portion (25) even after a long term use, the columnar portion (25) is protected against abrasion and fracture and its durability is enhanced sharply. The gap between the holding portion (30) of the columnar portion (25) and the permanent magnet (23) may be filled with filler such as electric insulating varnish, adhesive or resin to thereby close the gap between the holding portion (30) and the permanent magnet (23). Consequently, the permanent magnet (23) does not move in the holding hole (24) even during acceleration/deceleration of the servo motor and above-mentioned effect becomes more prominent.
