A reproduction device that reproduces sound recorded on a record disc, the reproduction device comprising, in order to achieve stable sound reproduction with high sound quality, a rotating part that rotates the record disc, a container disposed on the side of the rotating part and capable of containing a liquid, powder, or gel, a float to be floated on the stationary liquid, powder, or gel contained in the container, an arm extended from the float toward the rotating part, and a phono cartridge attached to the arm and having a sound reproducing needle.
