The present invention relates to an artificial magnetic soil, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Raw materials of the artificial soil comprise: 15-30 parts of gasifier ash, 3-10 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of municipal sludge, 5-15 parts of river and lake bottom mud, 10-20 parts of artificial zeolite, 2-7 parts of iron tailings, 1-7 parts of magnesium tailings, 1-5 parts of metallurgical slag, 1-5 parts of phosphogypsum, 1-2 parts of lignite, 3-5 parts of quick lime and 5-12 parts of organic matter.
