The rotary valve (8) comprises a central portion (82) that is fixedly mounted with respect to translation and movably mounted with respect to rotation in the yoke (3), the disk (81) being secured to the central portion (82) so as to rotate therewith and mounted so as to be translatably movable relative to the central portion (82).
