The pulsed electric field technology implementation circuit comprises a direct-current power source, a full-bridge topology switch circuit and an output interface, wherein the direct-current power source is connected in parallel to an input end of the full-bridge topology switch circuit, a high-voltage pulse signal is output via the output interface by means of the full-bridge topology switch circuit, two ends of each switch module in the full-bridge topology switch circuit are connected in parallel to capacitor pools, and one end of each capacitor pool is connected in parallel to an input end of the direct-current power source; and different charging voltages are provided for the switch modules by means of setting on-off states of capacitor switch arrays in the capacitor pools. In order to realize different voltage outputs in the same group of pulses, the circuit has n groups of capacitor pools to realize energy storage of the capacitors during output, thereby providing energy for output.
