The present application relates to the field of ski devices, and relates to a snap-fit assembly for use in a ski binding and a ski binding having same. The snap-fit assembly comprises a first positioning piece provided at a toe portion of a boot, and a toe portion fixing piece pivotably provided on a bottom plate of a binding; the toe portion fixing piece is provided with a snap-fit portion that is driven to rotate synchronously; the first positioning piece is driven by an external force to move towards the toe portion fixing piece and then snapped into the snap-fit portion; the snap-fit portion is driven to pivot to form an abutting state between the snap-fit portion and the first positioning piece. In the snap-fit assembly provided by the present application, the toe portion of the boot is locked by means of horizontal movement, thereby facilitating the locking and unlocking of the toe portion of the boot and the binding, and facilitating put-on and take-off of the binding on grounds in different conditions such as powder snow or slope snow. In addition, the snap-fit portion and the first positioning piece in a snapped state are tightly abutted against each other, such that shake of the toe portion of the boot and the binding and abnormal noise can be reduced, thus improving skiing experience.
