A toilet seat assembly according to an embodiment comprises: a toilet seat having a shoulder portion, a first arm portion extending forward from one width-wise side of the shoulder portion and having a through hole formed therein, and a second arm portion extending forward from the other width-wise side of the shoulder portion and having a through hole formed therein; an enclosure disposed behind the toilet seat and having a slit on the lower front surface thereof; a vinyl roll hanger provided inside the enclosure; and a winding roller provided inside the enclosure and rewinding a vinyl which is unwound from a vinyl roll hung on the vinyl roll hanger, is discharged through the slit, covers the toilet seat and then is drawn back in through the slit.
