During use of the skip bucket sliding-sleeve seat, an original jackscrew is removed and bolts (7) are welded on the two sides of the opening of the sliding-sleeve base (1); an appropriate band iron is selected according to the width of the opening of the sliding sleeve (12), a cross-shaped bracket is formed, a longitudinal bracket (10) is machined into an arcuate shape, a lateral bracket (8) has openings at both ends and is fixed on the bolts (7), blocking the opening in the sliding-sleeve base (1); and the upper and lower ends of the bracket hold the upper and lower outer edges of the sliding sleeve (12); furthermore, a damping assembly is also provided, thus extending the service life of the sliding sleeve (12) to a certain extent.
