A pizza oven having controllable rotation, comprising an oven body (1). A baking chamber (2) and a combustion chamber (3) are provided inside the oven body (1). The baking chamber (2) is provided with a material tray (4) and a controllable rotating device. The controllable rotating device comprises a rotating plate (5), a drive shaft (6), and a control rod (7). The material tray (4) is mounted on the rotating plate (5). The rotating plate (5) is fitted to the upper end of the drive shaft (6). The lower end of the drive shaft (6) passes through the oven body. The control rod (7) is arranged on the bottom surface of the oven body and is meshingly connected to the drive shaft (6), so as to drive the rotating plate (5) to be rotatably connected in the baking chamber (2). The present oven has a simple structure, is capable of controlling the material tray (4) to rotate, so as to bake a pizza at an even temperature, reduce the number of times opening the oven, improve the baking efficiency, reduce the danger of burning, and ensure the quality of the pizza; also, charcoal may be conveniently added, carbon residues may be easily cleaned, and operation is convenient.
