Disclosed is an offshore personnel evacuation system. The offshore personnel evacuation system comprises: a storage box (100); a releasing and retracting system (10), a personnel entrance platform (20), an evacuation channel (30), an evacuation platform (40) and an anchoring assembly (50) sequentially arranged in the storage box (100) from top to bottom; and a track (60), with the track (60) being used for horizontal movement of the storage box (100), wherein during idling, the storage box (100) is static on the track (60), and the evacuation channel (30) in the storage box (100) is retracted and reset together by means of the releasing and retracting system (10), and is supported in the storage box (100) by means of the evacuation platform (40) and the anchoring assembly (50); and during use, the storage box (100) horizontally moves along the track (60), and after the storage box (100) slides to the side part of a ship board, the releasing and retracting system (10) releases the evacuation channel (30) and drives the evacuation platform (40) and the anchoring assembly (50) to vertically descend, such that the evacuation channel (30), the evacuation platform (40) and the anchoring assembly (50) are arranged below the storage box (100). According to the system, space is fully utilized, and the stability and safety are higher when the whole evacuation channel (30) is released by means of the movement of the storage box (100).
