The new invention trains and develops these abilities in both ways, due to instability of support (e.g. a muddy ground) or due to a decrease in the support polygon, it is known that those who run, sprint or change direction use a small portion of their foot evading thus a wider support within which projecting one's center of gravity. Furthermore, the invention object of the patent is configurable, that is, you can choose the configuration, shape, hardness and surface that best suits the patient/athlete's needs.
