Also, the fibrosis treatment effect was confirmed through the intravenous injection of human recombinant CXCL11 by using a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis animal model, and a reduction in fibrosis markers such as collagen and a change in the M1/M2 ratio close to a normal group were confirmed in the lungs of mice to which CXCL11 was administered. That is, the present invention aims to induce the repolarization of M2 macrophages through CXCL11 in the process of developing pulmonary fibrosis, and thus CXCL11 is presented as a potential target factor for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
