The present invention can utilize, by means of the ABS resin and the PBT resin in a specific weight ratio, the properties of the PBT resin being easier to form char relative to the ABS resin, thereby improving the flame retardancy of a resin matrix; and by means of a condensed-phase flame-retardant effect of aluminum phosphonate, and a gas-phase flame-retardant effect of melamine, a synergistic flame-retardant manner of the three components together achieves a V-0 flame-retardant rating for the ABS material. In addition, the compatibilizer can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the halogen-free flame-retardant ABS material in the present invention.

The ultra-high molecular weight polymer is at least one of an acrylate or a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, the toughener is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer, and the mass percentage of acrylonitrile in the SAN resin is 26-36%. The styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer or acrylate polymer having an ultra-high molecular weight is added to serve as a piercing-resistance enhancing component and is cooperated with the toughener so as to balance the strength and toughness of the material, and therefore the ABS material exhibits excellent piercing resistance at both room temperature and low temperatures.

The semi-crystalline polyamide is at least one selected from the group consisting of PA66, PA610, PA612, PA106, PA1010, and PA1012, and the PAXI/XT is a copolymer of an aliphatic diamine X, isophthalic acid I, and terephthalic acid T. The polyamide composite has advantages such as high light transmittance, high haze (excellent light-scattering performance), and prominent chemical resistance, and is suitable for the preparation of navigation lights for plant protection drones.
