The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for easily obtaining a culture supernatant having a reduced amount of unwanted enzymes; a microorganism that can be used in said method; and a method for producing a target substance using said microorganism. The present invention relates to a modified fungus that expresses a fusion polynucleotide in which a polynucleotide coding for a GPI-added signal sequence is joined to a polynucleotide coding for an endogenously secreted enzyme, and also relates to a method for producing a target substance using said modified fungus.

Provided is a wound covering material (100), comprising a support body (1), a substance (2) which is non-adhesive with respect to a wound surface, and a wound healing promotion agent (3). The support body (1) is water-absorbent. The non-adhesive substance (2) is positioned upon the surface of the support body (1) which faces the wound surface, with gaps interposed thereamong. The wound healing promotion agent (3) is supported by the non-adhesive substance (2). The non-adhesive substance (2) may be positioned upon the surface of the support body (1) in a reticulated manner.
The objective of the present invention is to provide an antitumor agent which has excellent antitumor activity, is safe and has few side effects. This antitumor agent is characterized by comprising cellobiose as an active ingredient.
The objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-tumor agent having superior anti-tumor activity, high stability, and few side-effects. The anti-tumor agent is characterized by having cellobiose as the active ingredient.
[PROBLEMS] To provide novel shaped articles with concern for the environment which can be substituted for plastics articles made of synthetic resins. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A process for the production of shaped articles of cotton fiber, characterized by comprising fibrillating cotton fiber so as to give a mean fiber length of 0.3mm or below, stirring the fibrillated cotton fiber together with water at a water content of 80 to 90%, and drying and solidifying the resulting cotton fiber into a shaped article. The shaped articles produced by the process are made of cotton fiber and do not suffer from the problem of environmental pollution even when thrown out in the ground, and the process can dispense with the addition of a solidifying agent such as binder for producing the shaped articles, thus bringing about simplification in the manufacturing process and a cost reduction.
