In addition, carrier loss can be prevented through the nanostructure including an electron blocking layer, and quantum efficiency can be increased through a quantum well structure wrapped in the core-shell structure. In addition, light emitted from the side of an LED can be confined within the nanostructure through the reflector having the core-shell structure, and strong light emission is possible through the constructive interference effect. Furthermore, a reflector-integrated ultra-small single nano LED photonic element can be manufactured by combining the reflector and the LED.
