A guiding device is coupling the first elongate portion, the second elongate portion, and the third elongate portion. An actuator drives movement of the second elongate portion and third movement along the guiding device. The second elongate portion and the third elongate portion are movable toward and away from each. The second and third elongate portions also each being movable relative to the first elongate portion.
