Abrégé
A movable slag tank (6) water quenching system utilizing the waste heat of molten slag by using the water quenching steam method. A water-quenching tank (15) is embedded with a high-temperature-resistant sealing ring (27) in the inner wall thereof, and is provided with a pressure-equalizing hole (36) and a steam outlet (37) on the side wall thereof; a slag tank (6) is provided with a sliding water nozzle (12) at the bottom thereof, lifting lugs (7) and a pressure-equalizing hole (35) on the side thereof, and a fire-resistant lid (2) and a high-temperature-resistant rubber lid (1) sealing the top opening thereof; the completely filled slag tank (6) is lifted, moved to be above the water-quenching tank (15), and lowered such that the outer surface of the slag tank (6) seals with the inner sealing ring (27) of the water-quenching tank (15) under gravity; a soft sealing pipe (8) connects the upper and lower pressure-equalizing holes (35, 36), such that steam flows out of the pressure-equalizing hole (36) of the water-quenching tank (15) and pressurizes the molten slag (4) inside of the slag tank (6); steam flows out of the steam outlet (37) of the water-quenching tank and enters a heat-exchanger (23) for heat dissipation in a primary circuit, the outlet of the primary circuit being provided with a pressuring valve (28) to increase the pressure inside of the water-quenching tank (15).
