Each clamping device comprises a barrel (71), a moving part (72) is embedded in the side wall of the barrel, and a clamping shaft (73) capable of pushing the moving part upward to protrude out of the outer surface of the side wall of the barrel to clamp the corresponding buckle is disposed in the barrel. The clamping shafts push the moving parts to clamp the buckles of the clamping sleeves, so that installation and fixation of the air cylinder shaft and the support can be quickly completed; therefore, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the efficiency is high.
A heat treatment device for a PET bottle preform having a handle, comprising a cold air knife (1), a heating furnace (2), and a conveying mechanism (3). A bottle blowing mold, a bottle blowing machine and a plastic bottle. The bottle blowing mold has a mold cavity. After a bottle blank is blown, a body, a shoulder, a handle and a neck are formed in the mold cavity. The shoulder is positioned between the body and the neck. At least one first rib is provided on the wall of the mold cavity to form a non-closed or a closed annular first groove on the body. A plastic bottle made using the bottle blowing mold in the present application is blown from a bottle blank having a handle. The cavity of the blow-molding mold of the present application comprises the first recessed area, and the first recessed area causes the raised step structure to be formed on the bottle neck, and as such, more blanks are used at this location to prevent wrinkles from being formed at the junction of the bottle shoulder and the bottle neck, and improve the blow-molding quality of the bottle preform. The plastic bottle made by the blow-molding mold of the present application is blown from the bottle preform with its own handle. Since no handle needs to be assembled separately, the plastic bottle simplifies the production process, improves the production efficiency, reduces the production cost, and avoids the circumstance where the handle falls off.
Provided is an electrical heating mold. The electrical heating mold includes a mold casing and an electrical heating device disposed in the mold casing. The electrical heating device includes an upper annular heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottleneck, a middle annular vertical-inserted columnar heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottle body, and a lower annular heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottle bottom. The electrical heating mold has a good heating effect, a low processing cost and a simple structure.
A heating device for blowing a bottle preform having a handle. Partition plates (6) are respectively provided at middle parts of heating areas opposite to a heating box (1) and a heating air channel (2); each partition plate (6) is adjacent to a tail end of the handle on the bottle preform; the partition plate (6) on one side of the heating box (1) is provided with shielding plates (7) at intervals along a movement direction of the bottle preform; the shielding plates (7) and the handle on the bottle preform rotate to be opposite at positions facing the heating areas (4). The bottle preform continuously rotates around the axis while moving along the heating areas during the heating process, and when the bottle preform rotates to be opposite to a heat-generating element (3) on the heating box (1), the bottle preform can be shielded by the shielding plates (7), so that heat emitted by heat-generating lamp tubes cannot be directly transmitted to the handle. The heating device is simple in structure, the heating areas are skillfully partitioned to adapt to blowing for the bottle preform, the handle is protected, and then a container bottle having a handle is smoothly produced by means of a PET bottle blowing machine, thereby effectively reducing the production difficulty of the PET container bottle having a handle, and improving the machining quality and production efficiency of the container bottle.
Disclosed is a stretching rod structure of a bottle blowing machine. One end of a stretching rod that stretches into a bottle preform is arranged inwards to be of a step shape, and is provided with a heat insulation sleeve (2) in a sleeved manner, and the heat insulation sleeve (2) is made of plastic and has the characteristics of poor thermal conductivity, high wear resistance, etc. By means of the material characteristics of the heat insulation sleeve (2), the heat conduction performance between the stretching rod and the bottle preform is effectively reduced, thereby preventing wrinkles from forming due to a greater localized temperature reduction of the bottle preform, and ensuring the quality of a container bottle formed after the bottle preform is blown.
A directional handle blank feeding mechanism having a bottle handle blank and a directional blank feeding method. By means of the joint action of the rotation of a plastic bottle blank and a handle positioning structure on a blank feeding disc, handle positioning of a plastic bottle blank having a handle (especially a PET plastic bottle blank having a handle) is achieved, and the plastic bottle blank having a handle entering into a heating machine and a bottle blowing machine of the next process according to a predetermined direction is implemented. The present invention effectively prevents a manipulator from failing at a later stage to correctly grab a plastic bottle blank to the correct position of a bottle blowing mold due to the direction of the handle provided on the plastic bottle blank being incorrect, ensuring bottle blowing of the plastic bottle blank is successful.
A bottom die of a bottle blowing machine is disclosed. Two male connectors on a quick-change base body and female connectors on the specific bottom die locking mechanism can be quickly disassembled and assembled, greatly facilitating the quick change of the bottom die; a bottom core seat is provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole, and the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole are respectively in communication with the corresponding male connectors on the quick-change base body by means of pipelines; and as the male connectors are butted with the female connectors on the bottom die locking mechanism, and water pipe connectors are connected to the female connectors on the bottom die locking mechanism, cooling water can flow from the bottom die locking mechanism into the space between the bottom surface of a bottom core and the upper surface of the bottom core seat to cool the bottom of a blown preform, and the used water flows back to another female connector of the bottom die locking mechanism and then flows out. By means of the connection of the male and female connectors and the arrangement of the pipelines, the water pipe connectors are led to the bottom die locking mechanism, and the bottom die locking mechanism does not need to be replaced frequently, thereby avoiding the operation of reconnecting the water pipe connectors when replacing the bottom die, and facilitating the quick change of the bottom die.
An adjustable structure of bottle embryo heating lamp tubes and a bottle embryo heating mechanism. Before a bottle embryo is heated, since heating lamp tubes may rotate relative to adjusting rods along with lamp tube clamps, angle adjustment is implemented. Meanwhile, adjusting rods pass through strip-shaped through holes to fasten to guide rods by means of fastening parts, and front and back distance adjustment is achieved. The distance and angle of each heating lamp tube inside the bottle embryo heating mechanism relative to the bottle embryo may first be adjusted according to the shape of the bottle embryo. Since the angle and distance of the heating lamp tubes relative to the bottle embryo are adjustable, the bottle embryo heating mechanism may be made suitable for more bottle embryos of different types, one machine serving several purposes is achieved, and the production costs are greatly reduced.

An opening/closing manipulator for a bottle blowing machine, comprising a supporting plate and a cam plate which are rotated around an axes. Disclosed are a device and a method for improving the cooling production efficiency of a crystallizer bottle mouth. The device comprises a cooling rotary table, a plurality of cooling head components, a blank insertion cam plate, a blank extraction cam plate and a blank release cam plate. Protective sleeves are provided on a crystallization chain, a blank bottle is arranged in each protective sleeve, the mouth of each blank bottle is exposed out of the corresponding protective sleeve, and the cooling head components are mounted on the cooling rotary table and arranged above the protective sleeves. The cooling head components comprise an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate, a cooling shaft body and a guide shaft.
