The preparation method utilizes carbon fiber as a raw material and preparing by means of a weaving process a helical carbon-fiber preform, then by means of densification, high-temperature purification and preparation of a wear-resistant coating layer, obtaining the carbon-fiber composite helical frame. The carbon-fiber composite helical frame is assembled with the carbon-fiber composite pin member to obtain artificial bone. The present artificial bone is light, has good biocompatibility and good mechanical performance, and particularly has high elastic deformability and excellent resilience, and can realize the functions and shapes of cartilaginous portions, thus having high practical utility.
