Disclosed are a three-stage vane pump yarn-dyeing machine with an ultra-low liquor ratio and a method for controlling high temperature stream yarn-dyeing. The yarn-dyeing machine comprises a dye vat, a creel, a vane pump, and a creel disc at the bottom of the creel, wherein there are apertures in the creel disc that are in communication with a dye solution feeding channel in the dye vat; the vane pump is provided under the whole dye vat; the vane pump is a three-stage vane pump, a pump shaft of which is coaxially connected with a shaft of an internal electrical motor, an inlet of the three-stage vane pump being connected to the dye vat. The three-stage vane pump includes an axial flow stage, a centrifugation stage and a fixed flow guide vane stage, wherein the axial flow stage and the centrifugation stage are connected to the electrical motor via the same drive shaft in succession; the dye solution flows into the axial flow stage through an inlet channel; the dye solution exiting the axial flow stage enters directly a feed port of the centrifugation stage; and the dye solution exiting the centrifugation stage enters an outlet channel after passing through the fixed flow guide vane stage. The present invention enables a desired lift head when a dye solution in the yarn-dyeing machine is lower than a yarn spindle, achieving a low liquor ratio in the yarn-dyeing machine and the object of energy saving and emission reducing.
