The present invention relates to a storehouse in which containers are to be loaded such that a plurality of containers are loaded and stored therein and, more specifically, to a storehouse in which containers are to be loaded, having a plurality of containers stacked and stored in storage sections forming lines, rows, and floors, wherein the storage sections are divided into a plurality of container storage parts according to the line, the row, a stack/tier, a bay and the floor, unique numbers are given to each of the container storage parts, and the stored containers are moved to and stored in the container storage part having a designated unique number by using a loader crane.
