One of the ring segments (32,34) has a support surface (54) having a shape complementary to a support surface (50) of the base (18). The spacer members (16A,16B) are configured to be secured between the base and ring assemblies (12,14), and each spacer member (16A,16B) has oppositely-disposed support surfaces (52A,52B,56A,56B) configured to complementarily engage the support surface (50,54) of either the base or ring assembly (12,14).
