Provided in the present invention are an ultra-high-temperature-resistant cement slurry system for well cementation, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The cement slurry system comprises cement, an ultra-high temperature strength stabilizer, an ultra-high temperature reinforcing material, a density regulator, an ultra-high temperature suspension stabilizer, a dispersant, a fluid loss agent, a retarder, a defoaming agent and water, wherein the composition of the ultra-high temperature suspension stabilizer comprises ether starch, an aluminosilicate and a polyol polymer. The preparation method for the cement slurry system comprises: respectively subjecting various raw materials to dry mixing and wet mixing until uniform, and mixing the dry mixture and the wet mixture until uniform to obtain the cement slurry system. Further provided in the present invention is the use of the cement slurry system in well cementation of high-temperature and ultra-high temperature deep wells and ultra-deep wells. The ultra-high-temperature-resistant cement slurry system for well cementation provided in the present invention has high temperature resistance, a wide application range and good sedimentary stability, and can prevent the degradation of the high-temperature strength of set cement, guarantee a sealing effect of well cementation, and improve the quality of well cementation.
