The rotation device (40) comprises a swivel device (60) for transfer of pressure medium, whereby a movable element of the swivel device (60) accompanies a rotation movement imparted to the lower fastening device (30) by a rotor (41) of the rotation device, while a fixed element of the swivel device (60) is non-rotative arranged relative to a stator (41) of the rotation device and the upper fastening device (20). The swivel device (60) has two ducts running through it for pressure medium for connection to an implement unit (50) which is attached to the lower fastening device (30) in order to be used in combination with a first work implement (80). Means (55) are provided for temporary switching of the pressure medium flow to said implement unit (50) to a second working implement (90) which requires pressure medium and which temporarily takes the place of the first work implement (80). The swivel device (60) also has two ducts running through it for pressure medium for connection to locking means of the lower fastening device (30).
