INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR RANGE HOOD, KITCHEN RANGE, AND COOKER
An integrated control system for a range hood (1), a kitchen range (2), and a cooker (3), comprising the range hood (1), the kitchen range (2), and the cooker (3). The range hood (1) comprises a range hood controller (1-1) and a motor (1-2) connected to the range hood controller (1-1). The kitchen range (2) comprises a kitchen range controller (2-1) and a gas proportional valve (2-2) connected to the kitchen range controller (2-1). The handle of the cooker is provided with a cooker controller (3-1) and a control button (3-2) connected to the cooker controller (3-1). The cooker controller (3-1) communicates with the range hood controller (1-1) and the kitchen range controller (2-1) by means of a wireless signal transceiver device. In practical work, control instructions are sent out by operating the control button (3-2), such that the flame of the kitchen range (2) can be automatically adjusted, the kitchen range (2) can be automatically turned off/on, and the rotational speed of the motor can be adjusted to control different air-volume changes of the range hood (1). The whole process can be achieved by operating the cooker (3).
A condensation heat exchanger making an inverted V-shaped structure for a gas water heater, comprising a fume collection hood (21). A condenser box (13) is provided above the fume collection hood (21) by means of a condenser support (20) and a fume inlet (17) is provided in the middle at the bottom of the condenser box (13); a symmetrical corrugated pipe (18) array and a transverse baffle (16) making an inverted V-shape are sequentially provided between the bottom of the condenser box (13) and a condenser cover (14) with a fume outlet (15); and a condensed water outlet (19) is provided at the very bottom of the condenser box (13). When in operation, due to the barrier effect of the transverse baffle (16) making an inverted V-shape, the fume is divided into two converse flows entering the parallel corrugated pipe (18) array region, forming inverted V-shaped forced convection heat exchange, thereby lowering the temperature, and the fume, passing the sides of the transverse baffle (16) making an inverted V-shape, is discharged from the fume outlet (15) after being collected. The flow path of the fume is a double inclined Z-shaped curve, thus heat exchange efficiency is high and no condensed water will form on the main heat exchanger (10).
