The output control apparatus comprises: a power supply line at least partially connected between a power supply and a laser light source; a switching unit including a first switching module and a second switching module which are consecutively arranged in series to each other on the power supply line; and a first control module which is connected to the first switching module through a first terminal and connected to the second switching module through a second terminal, and applies switching signals for controlling an output of the laser light source in parallel to the first switching module and the second switching module, respectively, wherein the switching signals applied to the first switching module and the second switching module are pulse signals having the same phase and the same amplitude.

The laser pointer comprises: an input terminal including a body, a first terminal coupled to one side of the body for receiving a left side audio signal, and a second terminal for receiving a right side audio signal; and a laser module coupled to the other side of the body, for receiving the left side audio signal and the right side audio signal from the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively, for generating a laser, and for emitting the generated laser, wherein the phase of either of the left side audio signal and the right side audio signal is faster or slower than the phase of the other.
