An oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method therefor, and a method for preparing an anti-settling stabilizer. The method for preparing an anti-settling stabilizer comprises: using lithium bentonite and attapulgite as raw materials, and using an organic cationic surfactant and a non-ionic amine-terminated polyether compound as modifiers to modify the raw materials to obtain the anti-settling stabilizer. On the basis of the sum of the volumes of a base oil and a water phase being 100ml, the oil-based drilling fluid comprises: 80ml to 95ml of the base oil, 5ml to 20ml of the water phase, 3g to 6g of an emulsifier, 0.5g to 2g of a wetting agent, 0.25g to 2g of a viscosity regulator, 2g to 8g of a fluid loss agent, 2g to 4g of an alkalinity regulator, 0.2g to 1g of the anti-settling stabilizer and a weighting agent. Injection rings (19) are separately mounted in the liquefied natural gas storage tank, each injection ring (19) is provided with multiple nozzles (20), the outlet ports of the heavy component branch pipe communicate with and correspond respectively one to one with multiple injection rings provided on the upper part, and the outlet ports of the light component branch pipe communicate with and correspond respectively one to one with injection rings provided on the lower part. A method for locating a spill area of a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tank comprises steps: (a) installing 4 groups of bulbs (2) on an outer wall of the tank (1) as reference points; (b) installing four thermal infrared imagers (3) out of the tank (1); (c) turning on the eight bulbs (2), turning on the four thermal infrared imagers (3), performing infrared imaging scanning on the LNG tank (1) to form a temperature distribution infrared imagery, and then transmitting the temperature distribution infrared imagery to a computer for analysis and processing; (d) taking a screenshot on a cooling image part where a local continuous cooling change occurs in an overall outer wall temperature distribution image of the LNG tank (1), and drawing an isotherm based on the cooling image part; (e) randomly obtaining N points on the isotherm where controlling temperature is located, calculating corresponding tank spill points that correspond to the N points on the outer wall of the tank (1), and connecting all the corresponding tank spill points together. An area enclosed by a line obtained thereby is an actual tank spill area. The use of the method can improve working reliability of the LNG tank.

Disclosed are an integral gas spring assembly and a formation fluid sampler. The gas spring assembly comprises a cylinder body, a piston, a sealing element and a gas injection port, wherein high-pressure nitrogen is filled between the piston and the bottom of the cylinder body, so that a compressed nitrogen cavity is formed in the cylinder body; the piston generates an upward thrust force under the action of the high-pressure nitrogen, wherein the effective stroke of the piston is H; the length of the cylinder body is less than the sum of the length of the piston and the effective stroke H of the piston, and a part of the piston can move out of the cylinder body. The sealing element is arranged at the external diameter of the gas spring assembly, and when entirely arranged in a formation fluid sampling bottle, the gas spring assembly can move up and down and separate a sampling cavity from a slurry cavity. The gas spring assembly uses the volume increased by the extension of the piston to compensate the volume dose which is reduced with the temperature drop after the formation fluid sampling bottle conducts sampling, and uses the thrust force of the piston to maintain a predetermined pressure maintaining the value of a formation fluid at the same time.

A high-pressure fluid mixing pump control system and a fluid suction control method. The system comprises a transmission threaded rod and a resolver sensor. One end of the transmission threaded rod is connected to an oil cylinder piston of a mixing pump, while the other end of the transmission threaded rod is connected to the resolver sensor either directly or via a rotary element that rotates coaxially with the transmission threaded rod. The high-pressure fluid mixing pump control system implements precision control via a mechanical means, converts the linear motion of the piston into a rotary motion, and utilizes the resolver sensor for precision measurement of a rotation angle, thus acquiring a piston displacement amount, and finally acquiring a suction volume. This invention relates to a method for processing oil sand bitumen including solvent deasphalting and visbreaking oil sand bitumen to yield de-oiled asphalt (DOA) and components capable of being transmitted in pipeline.
