The polyurethaneurea elastic yarn of the present invention can be dyed using a reactive dye, can improve heat resistance when a blended product of a polyester or cellulose-based fiber and a polyurethane is dyed, and alleviates an elongation decrease due to the excessive use of a polyethylene glycol, and thus can solve the problem of thread breaks or holes occurring in a fabric.
