The connection structure has the characteristics: the connection structure is simple and can be rapidly assembled, and enables the tent rods to be conveniently and easily unfolded and folded.
Provided is a top center pivot-joint structure of a tent with a simple top. The top center pivot-joint structure comprises a center pivot-joint base (1) and at least three connecting sleeves (2) in pivot joint with the center pivot-joint base (1). After the tent is unfolded, the upper sidewalls of the connecting sleeves (2) and the protrusions (13) can be fitted in an embedded manner so as to implement a locking function, and therefore, the unfolded tent supports are more stable and do not collapse; conversely, when the tent is folded, an embedded relationship between the connecting sleeves (2) and the protrusions (13) is removed, and the tent supports are smoothly folded.
Described is a control structure for unfolding and folding a collapsible device or shelter. A connector comprises a joint cover (1) and a joint head (2) separately connected to end portions of two pole pieces. A protruding point clamped into a location hole on the pipe fitting is disposed on a lining. An opening is longitudinally disposed in a lining pipe body, and two lug pieces are separately formed on the lining pipe body on two sides of the opening and are fastened therebetween by using a fastening piece. The fastening piece is a screw, and screw holes are separately formed in the two lug pieces and the two screw holes are locked therebetween by using the screw. A hooking portion used for being fixedly connected to a fixed ring on tent cloth is disposed on a sidewall of the lining pipe body. By means of the present invention, the lining is connected into the pipe in a fastening mode, thereby avoiding, in a great extent, that the lining is prone to fall off.
A tent with a tent cover capable of being integrally folded comprises a tent support and tent cloth connected on the tent support. The tent support is formed by pivotally connected at least three groups of support rods on a top connecting base. The tent cloth comprises a tent inner curtain connected on the support rods and the tent cover covering the support rods. A shape of the tent cover is corresponding to a top shape of unfolded support rods. Each side of the tent cover extends downwards to form eaves cloth. The lateral side of the eaves cloth extends upwards to form edge cloth corresponding to each support rod. The edge cloth of the tent cover is connected onto each support rod. Each support rod comprises a top rod for supporting the top and a vertical rod pivotally connected on the ground vertically. The vertical rod is a telescopic sleeve. A lining is disposed in the middle of the telescopic sleeve. A hooking portion is disposed on the lining. A ring capable of being hung on the lining hooking portion is disposed on the edge cloth end portion. The tent cover in the present invention can be integrally folded during folding of the tent, and the tent is convenient to use.
Disclosed are tent frame rods (1), comprising a top transverse rod (11) located at the top, wherein two ends of the top transverse rod (11) are respectively outwardly connected via a connecting member (12) to at least two pairs of top rods (13), and an outer end of each pair of top rods (13) is connected to an upright rod (15) via a connecting member (14). The top transverse rod (11) is a multi-sectioned rod, which is a telescoping sleeve or formed by at least two branch rods connected by means of a connecting member. The pairs of top rods (13) and the upright rods (15) are telescoping sleeves. The tent frame rods have a simple structure, are convenient to use, and increase the usage area of the tent without increasing the number of support rod members.
A mechanism for folding and unfolding the top of a tent includes a connecting seat, a sliding seat and an elastic telescopic part. The connecting seat is connected with a tent top rod in a pivoted mode, and the sliding seat is connected with a connecting part in a pivoted mode and moves up and down with respect to the connecting seat. The other end of the connecting part is connected onto the tent top rod in a pivoted mode. The middle portion of the connecting seat extends downwards to form an accommodating seat which accommodates the elastic telescopic part. The upper portion of the sliding seat forms a sinking seat which has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the accommodating seat.
A ram (3) on the top of a tent is disclosed. Tops of supporting rods (1) of the tent are connected to a top connecting seat (2); at least one ram (3) is connected to the top connecting seat (2) and located between the two adjacent supporting rods (1); eave tarpaulin located on the top of the tent is formed between at least one set of the two adjacent supporting rods (1); the eave tarpaulin is sleeved on the ram (3) and supported to unfold; the ram (3) is an elastic telescopic rod, an elastic body is matched on the ram (3) to form the elastic telescopic rod, and the elastic body is a spring (4) abutting against the front end of the ram (3); a spring sleeve (5) is sleeved outside the spring (4), and the length of the spring sleeve (5) is larger than the free length of the spring (4); and a spring fixing seat (51) is further arranged on the end portion of the outer side of the spring sleeve (5). The ram (3) is connected to the top of the tent to support the eave tarpaulin, and can prevent the eave tarpaulin from being stretched and destroyed during unfolding and folding process of the tent.
A tent screen (2) comprises at least two screen plates (21, 22) connected on the sides of supporting rods (11). Transverse auxiliary rods (14) are arranged between the upper ends of the adjacent supporting rods (11). The two symmetrical screen plates (21, 22) hinged together, each screen plate comprises an upper plate body (211, 221) and a lower plate body (212, 222) that are hinged, the upper plate bodies (211, 221)and the lower plate bodies (212, 222) respectively comprise transverse rods and vertical rods to form a frame, and the screen plates (21, 22) are hinged through the transverse rods extending between the left and right plate bodies out of the frame. The vertical rods on the outer sides of the two screen plates (21, 22) extend upwards, and the end portions of the vertical rods are respectively provided with a hanging buckle (3) capable of being hooked on the transverse auxiliary rods (14) of the tent, the two hanging buckles (3) are provided so that the screen plates (21, 22) are unfolded at a certain angle and located on two sides of the supporting rods. Occluding buckles (4, 6) used for locking and fixing are arranged between the two screen plates(21, 22), and sleeve outside the supporting rods (11) after being unfolded; two occluding holes (41, 62) are formed at two ends of each occluding buckle (41, 62) and are locked and fixed on the two hinged transverse rods of the screen. It is convenient to mount and dismount the tent screen, and the tent screen is of a small size after being folded and can be conveniently stored.
Disclosed is a tent top opening and closing mechanism, comprising a connecting seat for pivot-jointing a tent post rod, a pivot-jointing connector and a sliding seat and an elastic telescopic part moving up and down relative to the connecting seat. One end of the connector is pivot-jointed to the tent post rod. The middle part of the connecting seat extends downwards as a housing seat, housing the elastic telescopic part. In addition, the top part of the sliding seat forms a sink seat with an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of the housing seat, and from below the sliding seat a bolt stem passes successively through the sliding seat, a lower end of the housing seat and the elastic telescopic part, and then is locked together with a bolt cap. By providing a housing seat on the connecting seat, the elastic telescopic part is housed in this housing seat such that the elastic telescopic part can be compressed and the sliding seat can be driven to move up and down with the aid of a bolt stem and a bolt cap. The sliding seat further drives the extension and contraction of the tent post rod with the aid of the connector, satisfying the function of assisted tent opening and closing; therefore, the structure is more concise and simple, the universality of the outward appearance is good, and the side wall of the housing seat housing the elastic telescopic part does not require holes to be punched or notches and grooves to be formed, effectively ensuring the strength and service life of the product.

Disclosed is a dual purpose tent, comprising a tent support frame (1) and tent fabric. The tent support frame (1) is composed of at least four sets of support frame rods (11) pin-jointed to a self-opening/closing top connecting seat (5). The tent fabric comprises marquee fabric (2) and sealed tent fabric (3). The shape of the marquee fabric (2) corresponds to the shape of the top of the expanded support frame rods (11) and the marquee fabric (2) is connected to each of the support frame rods (11). The sealed tent fabric (3) is movably connected to an inner surface of the marquee fabric (2). The dual purpose tent can be directly used as a marquee and it is also possible to set up the sealed tent fabric (3) for use as a completely sealed shelter-type tent. When the tent is put away, the marquee fabric (2) does not need to be first taken down so the tent can be completely put away and opened out along with the self-opening/closing of the support frame rods (11), making the tent convenient to use.
