The upper-side needle 4 is aligned with a characteristic point of a pattern of the second fabric, and then the upper-side needle 4 is caused to pierce the second fabric. By aligning, with the upper-side needle 4, characteristic points of patterns of a plurality of fabrics and then piercing the plurality of fabrics, a laminate of the fabrics of which the patterns match each other is created.

Since the moquette is flexible, the cutters can be substantially prevented from receiving the damage resulting from the contact thereof with the cloth. Furthermore, since the ends of plumes of the moquette are twined with the warps and wefts of the cloth, and the cloth to be cut is held at a predetermined position, the cutting accuracy of the device can be improved.
