The present invention relates to a porous ceramic heating element composition and a ceramic heating structure manufactured of the composition, the composition comprising: a mixture comprising a ceramic-mixed powder and a silicon-based metal powder mixed with the ceramic-mixed powder, the ceramic-mixed powder being formed by mixing a silicon carbide powder and at least one of aluminum nitride and silicon nitride; a pore former mixed in 0.5-5 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the mixture; and a binder maintaining, in a state of being mixed with the mixture, the binding of the ceramic-mixed powder and the metal powder, the binder being contained in 20-30 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the mixture. The porous ceramic heating element composition of the present invention has excellent heat conductivity, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, and especially, retains air purifying ability as well as heating ability, by adsorbing and pyrolyzing external contaminants through innumerable pores thereof.
