The present invention discloses a method for synthesizing a chiral ferrocene-like P, P ligand, and belongs to the technical field of organic synthesis. The method is implemented through the following steps: (1) using vinyl ferrocene as a starting material to react with a phosphine hydrogen compound in the presence of chiral catalyst to obtain ( R)-1-ferrocenyl ethyl diphosphine; and (2) after ( R)-1-ferrocenyl ethyl diphosphine reacts with diethylzinc, further reacting with a phosphine chloride compound to obtain a chiral ferrocene-like P, P ligand ( R)-(-)-1-[( S)-2-diphosphinyl ferrocene] ethyl diphosphine. Compared with the prior art, the present invention involves fewer steps, and is simple in operation and high in yield and thus is more suitable for industrial production. The prepared chiral ferrocene-like P, P compound can be used as a ligand of a metal catalyst in fields such as pharmaceutical synthesis.
