A picture frame hanging assembly that includes at least one bracket directly coupled to either a horizontally oriented or a vertically oriented frame element and each bracket enclosing and defining hook-receiving aperture superimposed over a frame cavity of the picture frame and with an aperture width. The assembly includes a hook component directly coupled to a building wall surface and with a cantilevered hook member extending therefrom an offset length from a front surface of the hook component to define a bracket placement zone with the bracket disposed therein and having an inner surface with an inner surface hook width spanning from terminal opposing lateral sides thereon and at least partially supporting an upper wall of the hook component, wherein the aperture width is at least approximately twice or greater than the inner surface hook width.
A cleaning hand mitt with a selectively invertible scrubbing pad that includes a mitt body having a relatively soft and non-abrasive cleaning surface covering the outer surface of the hand mitt, the hand mitt body having an enclosed cavity shaped and sized to receive a user's hand and a seam configuration defining a tight seam opening defined thereon. Inside of the hand mitt is an invertible pocket coupled to the seam configuration, wherein the invertible pocket is operably configured to be selectively concealed within the enclosed cavity of the hand mitt and selectively removed from the enclosed cavity to expose an abrasive outer surface of the invertible pocket for scrubbing debris and dirt off a user's vehicle.

A foldable anchor storable on watercraft with limited storage and deck space and which secures watercraft in place in sandy and soft bottom boating areas and is releasable from underwater objects. The foldable anchor includes a forward anchor body with an internal weighted ballast on an anchor body and a two-part shank pivotably attached to a top end of the anchor body which allows the shank to pivot from an elevated position to a lowered position relative the anchor body. The shank has a rear portion and a front portion pivotably disposed thereon and foldable against the rear portion. Stabilizer wings between the front and rear portions assist the anchor body to roll into a correct upright position. Locking pins secure each of the rear and front portions together and the rear portion and anchor body together at selected angles. D-rings and breakable zip ties secure the shank to an anchor rope.
