Closing system for bottles and small bottles and method for the use thereof for the opening of said bottles integrated by a single piece with three differentiated parts, two of them, inner threaded hole and screw (7), made of rigid material and joined by a pre-cut line, used as a base on which an elastic part (10) is overpressed. This elastic part (10) has some perimeter grooves (18) that, when fastening the screw (11) in the inner threaded hole (4) of the neck (3), presses the elastic part (10) and secures it against the walls of the bottleneck (3). The bottle can be opened by just lifting the covering half fins (9) and turning them in the opposite direction to the thread, so the elastic part (10) is decompressed and can be easily removed, leaving the bottle opened. All materials are food grade materials.
The invention relates to a self-extracting stopper which can be accommodated inside the neck of the bottle, and which does not require a corkscrew or any other tool for the extraction thereof, formed by an assembly of parts preferably made of a plastic material and which, once assembled, permit a bottle or container to be stoppered. The face of the drum (8) and the surface of revolution of the flexible cylinder (4) can also carry marks that are engraved or in shallow relief. In this way, the assembly of the self-extracting stopper is formed by six elements and a cork cover (1), a nut (2), a flexible cylinder (5), a drum (8), a screw (12) and a wing nut (15), all of which are disposed and assembled according to their axial geometry, and which permit a method and process to be provided whereby bottles and/or containers can be stoppered or opened manually or automatically, and said self-extracting stopper being reusable.

CLOSING SYSTEM FOR BOTTLES AND SMALL BOTTLES AND METHOD FOR THE USE THEREOF FOR THE OPENING OF SAID BOTTLES
The invention relates to a closing system for bottles and small bottles and to the method for the use thereof for the opening of said bottles, said system being formed by a single part consisting of three different sections, two made of a rigid material connected by a pre-cutting line or an internally threaded opening and screw (7) join over which an elastic section (10) is overpressed, said elastic section (10) comprising peripheral channels (18) and pressing down when the screw (11) is screwed into the internally threaded opening (4) of the neck (3), fixing the part to the walls of the neck (3) of the bottle by means of pressure. In order to open same (the bottle), the half-plates of the lid (9) are simply lifted and rotated in the opposite direction to that of the screwing, the elastic section releasing the pressure (10) and being removed with ease, thereby opening the bottle. All of the materials are suitable for food purposes.
