Provided is an application container wherein it is less likely for a drug solution to be wasted or to leak after application compared to conventional application containers. Moreover, with said application container, it is possible to easily apply a drug solution to a narrow site. A container main body (10) for storing a drug solution, an inside plug (20) for opening an outlet hole (24a) for the drug solution at the tip of a nozzle tube (24), an applicator (30) using a sponge material having an application part (31) to be placed over the nozzle tube (24), and a cap (50) are assembled together. The application container is configured such that the outlet hole (24a) is closed as a consequence of the application part (31) being pressed onto the tip surface of the nozzle tube (24) when the cap (50) is attached to the mouth (12) of the container main body (10), and such that the drug solution seeps out from the surface of the application part (31) as a consequence of the outlet hole (24a) being opened when the cap (50) is removed from the mouth (12).

Fluid container and airless fluid dispensing system
A fluid container according to the present invention includes a container body having upper and lower openings, and further having a shoulder member and a side wall which extend between the upper and lower openings. The fluid container also includes a spacer abutting on the shoulder member of the container body, and a slidable valve slidably moving along an inner surface of the side wall of the container body in a hermetically sealed manner. The slidable valve defines a container space for holding fluid, in conjunction with the side wall of the container body. Further, a bottom cover is provided for covering across the lower opening of the container body. The spacer and the slidable valve include a spacer surface and a valve surface, respectively, which oppose to each other and are inclined at tilt angles between 5 and 30 degrees relative to a horizontal surface. Therefore, an airless fluid dispensing system using the fluid container securely prevents a small air bubble from being trapped in the container body when filled in with the fluid, thereby to dispense a constant dosage without requiring undesired pumping actions prior to actual use.

Sprayable gel-type skin/mucosa-adhesive preparation and administration system using the preparation
The present invention provides a sprayable gel-type skin/mucosa-adhesive preparation comprising a gel formulation which contains an active pharmaceutical ingredient in a gel base material comprising a skin/mucosa-adhesive agent and an administration system comprising the preparation.
A fluid container of the invention has a container body provided with a shoulder and a sidewall that extend between an upper opening and a lower opening. The fluid container has a spacer provided adjacent to the shoulder of the container body. Further, a slide valve and a bottom cover are placed in the container body. The slide valve is liquid-tightly slidable along the inner surface of the sidewall of the container body and forms a fluid holding container space between itself and the sidewall of the container body. The bottom cover covers the lower opening of the container body. The spacer and the slide valve have a spacer surface and a valve surface, respectively, which face to each other, and the spacer surface and the valve surface are tilted at an angle in the range from 5 degrees to 30 degrees relative to a horizontal plane. Accordingly, an airless fluid dispensing system using the fluid container reliably prevents a small amount of air from remaining in the container body during fluid filling and can dispense a predetermined amount of fluid without unnecessary pumping operation before use.
