The adhesive can be prepared into a ceramizable adhesive tape with fire protection, which can be sintered to form a hard porous ceramized shell in the event of a fire, and has excellent fire protection and heat insulation performance. They can all be applied in the bonding and fixing of battery cells, fire prevention of battery systems, and fire prevention of cables.
Disclosed in the present invention are a ceramizable composition with fire prevention and heat insulation, an adhesive tape, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The composition comprises: 15-45 parts by mass of an acrylate oligomer; 5-25 parts by mass of an active diluent; 5-25 parts by mass of a skeleton filler; 15-40 parts by mass of a flux; 10-25 parts by mass of a flame retardant; and 0.4-2 parts by mass of a photo-initiator. The invention further concerns the use of such a release coating in release liners or on reverse sides of adhesive-tape carriers and also release liners equipped therewith and the use thereof in adhesive tapes.
The present invention proposes a holding system mountable on a wall (2), in particular vertical wall, and a mounting method for the holding system (1). The invention relates to a polyepoxide for use in reactive adhesive compounds, wherein the polyepoxide can be produced by the polymerisation of a monomer composition comprising, based on the mass of the monomer composition: i) one or more first monomers in a combined mass proportion of 50 % or more, wherein the first monomers are selected from the group consisting of cycloaliphatic monoepoxy-functional monomers of formula (I), where R is a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 30 C-atoms, and ii) one or more second monomers in a combined mass proportion of 1 % or more, wherein the second monomers are selected from the group consisting of cycloaliphatic monoepoxy-functional monomers of formula (I), where R is a linear or branched organic substituent with 1 to 30 C-atoms that comprises at least one reactive functional group, and/or iii) one or more third monomers in a combined mass proportion of 1 % or more, wherein the third monomers are selected from the group consisting of multiepoxy-functional monomers of formula (I), where R is a linear or branched organic substituent with 2 to 30 C-atoms that comprises at least one epoxy group, wherein the formula corresponds to (I).
Layer constructions allow an adhesive tape to be wound to form a spool simply and with relatively uncomplicated apparatus. At least one layered construction comprises: an adhesive tape comprising at least one outer layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive; a release liner lying on the outer layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive; and an interliner lying on the side of the adhesive tape opposite the outer layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive, at least the side of the interliner facing away from the adhesive tape being adhesively furnished, wherein all layers of the layered construction finish substantially flush with respect to each other. At least one spool comprising a spool core and the at least one layered construction wound crosswise in a plurality of plies on said core, and a method for producing the at least one spool are also disclosed.
