Connecting a cylinder (3) with the line hooking component (2) by means of a connecting-rod connection method can ensure that the line hooking component (2) outputs blades quickly and the position of blade outputting is stable. A semicircular blade (3') is arranged inside the sewing machine presser foot, being able to ensure smooth and stable line cutting, reducing blade wearing, and having short cut threads.
