The present invention relates to an apparatus for turning a pipeline repairing tube inside out, and particularly, to a turning apparatus in which a pulling apparatus (200) is arranged to pull an external tube (T) into an internal space (102) of a main chamber (100) before the tube (T) is transferred to the outside from the interior of the main chamber (100) by the force of compressed air, thereby turning the tube (T) inside out and smoothly transferring the tube (T). The pulling apparatus (200) for pulling the tube comprises: a plurality of support rollers (201), both ends of each of which are freely rotatably mounted on both side walls of the main chamber (100) such that the support rollers (201) support the bottom surface of the tube (T) arranged in the internal space (102) of the main chamber (100) so as to enable the tube (T) to be transferred without drooping; a plurality of movable rollers (203) arranged on the tube (T) and interposed between the support rollers (201), and connected to one another by a single bracket (202) such that the movable rollers (203) are movable together in a vertical direction; a plurality of vertical guide rods (204) for supporting the bracket (202) which connects the plurality of movable rollers (203), such that the bracket (202) is slidable; and a roller-elevating cylinder (205), which moves the bracket (202) in a downward direction such that the tube (T) supported by the plurality of support rollers (201) moves in a downward direction, and thus the tube (T) is pulled into the main chamber (100).
