The process for the manufacturing of the implantable neural electrode (100) comprises the following steps: (i) providing a first composition comprising at least one electrically insulating polymeric material or precursors thereof, and a second composition comprising at least one electrically conductive hydrogel or polymer or precursors thereof, wherein said compositions have pseudo-elastic and/or thixotropic properties and do not contain metallic nanostructures or components; (ii) depositing a layer of said first composition on a flat surface of a substrate, so as to form a first electrically insulating layer (11) of said main body (10) comprising said at least one polymeric material; (iii) depositing a layer of said second composition onto the first layer (11) obtained in step (ii) so as to form, onto said first layer, an electrically conductive pattern (20) comprising said at least one conductive hydrogel or polymer; (iv) depositing a layer of said first composition onto the pattern (20) obtained in step (iii) so as to form, onto said pattern, a second electrically insulating layer (12) of said main body (10) comprising said at least one polymeric material, wherein said depositing is carried out in such a way that at least one first portion (31) and at least one second portion (32) of the pattern (20) are left at least partially outwardly exposed; wherein all depositing steps from (ii) to (iv) are carried out by means of an extrusion printing technique.

The telecommunication network comprises a central controller arranged to identify a condition of availability of resources of the network and a plurality of nodal devices connected by at least one path of data connection, wherein each nodal device is adapted to work alternatively, or at the same time, as data transmitter, data receiver, or transit node for the path of data connection between a sender and a receiver. The telecommunication network is adapted to carry out at least one data traffic between a data transmitter and a data receiver. For each data traffic, the data transmitter is adapted to process a first predetermined amount of data and the data receiver is adapted to process a second predetermined amount of data, said first and said second predetermined amount of data being related to each other by a functional split. The central controller is adapted to set, for each data traffic, the functional split. The method comprises a step of identifying (301), by the central controller, a condition of availability of resources of the network, and a step, in case that the availability of resources is insufficient to carry out the data traffic, of modifying (304) said functional split for adjusting the first and the second predetermined amount of data processed, respectively, by the data transmitter and by the data receiver.

The needed total liquid amounts in a micro-chamber can be greatly reduced and the unique entering liquid can be equally distributed without difficulties as the pressured functional liquid is easily multiplexed to biosensor micro-chambers. Related simple biosensor devices are proposed for such a pulsating liquid flow method.
