An adapter for releasably fastening a portable/compact unit or object to a holding device. The adapter comprises a base plate and two projections projecting away from one another in opposite directions and at a spacing from the base plate. The base plate has means for attaching the adapter to the unit or object or attached fixedly thereto or is configured in one piece with it. A guide disc is mounted on the base plate, is parallel to said base plate and can be rotated at least to a limited extent between at least one released position and at least one locked position. The guide disc has a middle opening, into which the two projections extend. The opening comprises two plug-in regions into which a holding device suitable for interaction with the adapter can be plugged in at least partially when the guide disc is situated in a released position.

Snowboard binding with a controlled instep element
The invention relates to a snowboard binding with a sole-plate which is to be fastened on the surface of a snowboard and to which, firstly, an instep element is fastened or coupled, which instep element can be adjusted between a clamping position and a release position and by means of which the upper side of a shoe, which can be accommodated in the snowboard binding can be partially embraced, and to which, secondly, a leg support is pivotably coupled, which leg support can be pivoted between a rear entry position and a front travelling position with control means provided by means of which a pivoting movement of the leg support into the entry position is coupled at least in some sections to an adjustment movement of the instep element from the clamping position into the release position.
The invention relates to a rear entry snowboard binding (2) having a leg support (3) that is hinged on a binding base plate (5) and pivots on the right side and on the left side that can be swiveled between a rear entry position, wherein a shoe that can be accommodated in the snowboard binding (2) can be inserted into the snowboard binding (2) from the rear to the front, and a front travel position, wherein there are locking means for blocking the leg support (3) in the travel position that comprise a locking lever (6) hinged in a pivoting manner on the rear side of the leg support (3), wherein the leg support (3) protrudes to a first side (12R) further to the outside than to the opposite second side (12L), at least in the travel position relative to a center plane (11) of the binding (2) that runs in the longitudinal direction of the binding base plate (5) and stands vertically on the binding base plate (5) centrally between the two lateral hinge points (9) of the leg support, and wherein the locking lever (6) hinged in a pivoting manner on the rear side of the leg support (3) extends laterally away from the leg support (3) having a free activation region (14).

SNOWBOARD BINDING WITH A CONTROLLED INSTEP ELEMENT
The invention relates to a snowboard binding (1) with a sole-plate (2) which is to be fastened on the surface of a snowboard and to which, firstly, an instep element(6) is fastened or coupled, which instep element can be adjusted between a clamping position (S) and a release position (L) and by means of which the upper side of a shoe, which can be accommodated in the snowboard binding (1), can be partially embraced, and to which, secondly, a leg support (5) is pivotably coupled, which leg support can be pivoted between a rear entry position (E) and a front travelling position (F), wherein control means (9) are provided by means of which a pivoting movement of the leg support (5) into the entry position (E) is coupled at least in some sections to an adjustment movement of the instep element (6) from the clamping position (S) into the release position (L), and wherein the control means are designed in such a manner that the adjustment movement of the instep element (6) that is brought about during the pivoting of the leg support (5) back into the entry position (E) is greater than the adjustment movement of the instep element (6) that is brought about when pivoting the leg support (5) forward into the travelling position (F). The control means are preferably designed in such a manner that they bring about a coupling to the adjustment movement of the instep element (6) only during pivoting of the leg support (5) back into the entry position (E), and that the pivoting of the leg support (5) forward into the travelling position (F) is not coupled to an adjustment movement of the instep element (6).
The invention relates to a guiding and blocking mechanism (5) for a lace-shaped or strap-shaped fastening means (4) of a garment (1), especially for a shoelace. Said guiding and blocking mechanism (5) comprises a deflection roller (6) which is used for redirecting the fastening means (4) and is rotatably mounted on the guiding and blocking mechanism (5). A clamping section (11) for clamping the fastening means (4) is provided on the circumference and/or the front side of the deflection roller (6). Said clamping section (11) is free towards the outside in such a way that a fastening means (4) can be placed freely around the clamping section (11) from outside. A blocking device (14) is provided, by means of which the rotatability of the deflection roller (6) can be blocked in one direction of rotation (22). The invention further relates to a sports shoe (1), particularly a snowboard boot, which is fitted with at least two such guiding and blocking mechanisms (5) that are disposed on both sides of the instep (3), preferably in the top region of the shoe shaft (2).
