The invention relates to an item of luggage having a luggage item body, which has at least one first and one second luggage item part, wherein the first and the second luggage item parts can be pivoted in relation to one another so that the luggage item body can be opened or closed, at least one handle which is connected to the second luggage item part, at least one first and one second frame element, wherein the first frame element is arranged on an edge of the first luggage item part and the second frame element is arranged on an edge of the second luggage item part, wherein at least the first frame element has a first recess, and it is provided that at least one hook element is arranged on the second luggage item part, which extends over the first frame element in the closed state of the luggage item body and engages in the first recess in a state in which the luggage item body is loaded and raised at the handle, wherein the hook element does not engage in the recess in a state in which the luggage item body is not raised.
In respect of an item of luggage (1), in particular a suitcase, having a first and a second luggage part (2, 4), wherein the first and the second luggage parts (2, 4) each have an outer side and an inner side (8, 10, 12, 14), and having at least one hinge (16), wherein the first and the second luggage parts (2, 4) are connected to one another via the at least one hinge (16) and can be pivoted in relation to one another by means of the hinge (16), wherein the hinge (16) has a first and a second hinge part (18, 20), and these are connected to one another in an articulated manner, wherein the first hinge part (18) is connected to the first luggage part (2) and the second hinge part (20) is connected to the second luggage part (4), provision is made for the first hinge part (18) to be connected to the first luggage part (2) on the inner side (12) of the first luggage part (2) and for the second hinge part (20) to be connected to the second luggage part (4) on the inner side (14) of the second luggage part (4).
The invention relates to a luggage piece (1) comprising a luggage piece body (3) which has a first and a second luggage piece part (4, 6). The first and the second luggage piece part (4, 6) can be connected together via at least one zipper (2). The zipper (2) has at least two rows of tooth elements (28) which are secured to zipper strips (26) and which engage into one another in the closed state and form a zipper chain. At least one stopper device (10) is provided which forms a stop for at least one slide of the at least one zipper. The at least one stopper device (10) has at least one stopper element (11) and at least one fastening device (14) with which the stopper element (11) can be fixed at any location on the zipper chain (30) of the zipper (2).
The invention relates to a handle (1) for a luggage piece (2), comprising a gripping part (4) and a first and a second housing element (6, 8) which can be connected to the luggage piece (2). At a first and a second end (10, 12), the gripping part (4) is connected to the first housing element (6) via a first pin element (24) and to the second housing element (8) via a second pin element (25). The gripping part (4) can be bent such that the gripping part (4) can be converted from a rest position into a transport position that is curved in comparison to the rest position. The gripping part (4) has at least one spring element layer (18) and at least one flexible strip (20). The flexible strip (20) has loops (22) at both ends, and the pin elements (24, 25) run through the loops. The flexible strip (20) can be pivoted about the pin elements (24, 25), and the spring element layer (18) exerts a restoring force onto the gripping part (4) at least in the transport position such that the gripping part can be returned to the rest position.
In a baggage item, in particular a suitcase, having at least two baggage item portions, wherein the baggage item portions each have at least one baggage item wall having at least one baggage item wall inner face and at least one baggage item wall outer face, wherein at least one bag-gage item portion has at least one corner, it is intended that at the at least one corner of at least one baggage item portion a corner reinforcement is provided at the baggage item wall inner face.
