Abstract

The invention relates to a fire-resistant and insulating panel (2) comprising an insulating core of foam glass, a metal sheet (10) on the front face of the core, a metal sheet (8) on the rear face, and splines (4, 12) forming at least two opposing edges of the panel, said splines being made from a rigid insulating material and having a density substantially greater than that of the insulating core. This greater density is intended to provide mechanical and dimensional stability. Two opposing splines (4) are each provided with at least two holes (18) close to the corners and the rear face, reinforced through the use of a metal angle (6) shaped to match the corresponding rear edge of the panel (2). The invention also relates to a wall comprising a plurality of said panels.

The invention relates to a covering and fire-protection device for metal girders used in buildings. Abstract

The invention relates to a floor structure (1) with a gap for technical equipment, including a metal carrier structure made of metal bearing beams (2) and struts (3, 3') arranged between the metal bearing beams, both having webs with passage openings (4, 4') for ducts. A ceiling (7) is suspended underneath the metal carrier structure. An upper surface of the floor is made of slabs (110, 110') that are carried by adjustable bearings (6) directly on the struts. It is thus possible to form a continuous gap for technical equipment that extends from the lower surface of the slabs to the upper surface of the suspended ceiling without additional horizontal separation therebetween. At least certain slabs (110, 110') are easily removable so as to provide access from the top to the gap for technical equipment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a firestop screen suspended ceiling including panels with an insulating non-combustible core and having lower and upper surfaces each covered by a metal sheet. At least one edge of the core includes a connection key made of a reinforced mineral material and along which extend the edges of two metal sheets. Two panels are arranged so that two connection keys face each other, thus defining lower and upper connection grooves separated by the connection keys. A metal profile is provided in each of said two connection grooves and is connected to at least one of the two connection keys and covers the seam between the two connection keys. The connection metal profile secured in the upper connection groove is used as a fastener for a suspending means.

Abstract

The invention relates to a slab for a raised technical floor, comprising a core with a lower surface and an upper surface each covered with a metal sheet provided with rims that partially cover the edges of the core. The core has a sandwich structure in which the lower layer is a non-combustible heat-insulation layer containing cellular glass and having a low heat conductivity and a low density, while the upper layer is a non-combustible carrier panel containing cement or silico-limestones reinforced with fibres and having good bending and compression resistance. The slab is relatively light but still exhibits good characteristics in terms of bearing capacity and fire resistance.
