Abstract
Disclosed are a laminated core manufacturing apparatus and a laminated core manufacturing method. The laminated core manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a liftable upper mold; a piercing punch which is provided to the upper mold to form the outer circumferential surface of a first lamina having a first radius, includes, at the distance of the first radius, punch tips having an arc-shaped inner end portion and distributed and formed along the circumferential direction, and is capable of punching, at a selective time, a strip intermittently transferred so as to form the first lamina; a blanking punch which is provided in the upper mold, is capable of punching the strip to form the first lamina and a second lamina having an outer circumferential surface of a second radius that is larger than the first radius, has a lower end portion of the second radius, and is spaced apart from the piercing punch by a predetermined distance; a lower mold which faces the upper mold and is provided below the upper mold; and a stacking die which has a blanking die facing the blanking punch and provided in the lower mold, and in which the first lamina and the second lamina are stacked.

Abstract
Disclosed are a laminated core manufacturing apparatus and an adhesive applicator for manufacturing a laminated core. The adhesive applicator comprises: a body having a plurality of first holes which form a flow path for an adhesive; a cover having a plurality of second holes communicating with the first holes to discharge the adhesive to the outside, fixed to one side of the body, and covering one side surface of the body; and plugs which are accommodated in the first holes so as to be movable along the axial line of the first holes so as to open and close the second holes, and which come into surface contact with the inner surface of the cover facing one side surface of the body in parallel to block the second holes. The inner surface of the cover is selectively in surface contact with the plug and forms a plug blocking surface perpendicular to the axial line of the first holes. According to the present invention, the adhesive applicator can be easily processed, the precision of adhesive nozzles can be improved, the heights of the adhesive nozzles can be easily regulated and processed, the time required for assembling or washing the adhesive nozzles can be shortened, the amount of adhesive applied can be precisely managed, and the number of parts and manufacturing costs of the adhesive nozzles can be reduced.

Abstract
Disclosed is an apparatus manufacturing a laminated core by processing a core material and then forming laminae having different sizes. The apparatus for manufacturing a laminated core, according to the present invention, comprises a ball screw and a moving die which is connected to the ball screw and of which the position is changed along a straight path by the ball screw, so as to process a core material intermittently transferred thereto. According to the present invention, the size of a lamina, e.g., the width thereof, can be set in a broad range without replacing the ball screw that moves the moving die, the number of stacked laminae or the thickness of the laminated core can be variously set, the width of each laminae can be easily adjusted, and the size, i.e., the width, of each lamina can be precisely controlled.

Abstract
Disclosed is an apparatus for processing a core material to form laminae having different sizes and manufacturing a laminated core. An apparatus for manufacturing a laminated core according to the present invention includes: a linear motor; and a moving die which is connected to the linear motor and the position of which is varied along a linear path by the linear motor, so as to process a core material intermittently transferred. According to the present invention, the size of a lamina, for example, the width of a lamina can be set in various ranges without replacing a linear motor for moving a moving die; the number of laminated laminae or the thickness of a laminated core can be variously set; and the widths of laminae can be easily adjusted and the sizes, i.e. widths, of laminae can be precisely controlled.

Disclosed are a laminated core manufacturing method and a laminated core manufacturing system for manufacturing a laminated core. Abstract
Disclosed are a laminated core and a laminated core manufacturing method. The laminated core according to the present invention comprises: first layers that include a plurality of first laminar segments and are arranged at intervals; first protrusions that protrude in an embossed shape from the first layers and form a plurality of first fixing columns for connecting the first layers; and second layers which include a plurality of second laminar segments and at least one of which is formed between the first layers. The boundaries of the first laminar segments intersect the boundaries of the second laminar segments, first piercing holes, through which the first fixing columns pass, are formed in the second layers, and the first protrusions are connected in a single row by press-fitting along the protrusion direction to form the first fixed columns. According to the present invention, the parallelism, perpendicularity, and flatness of the laminated core can be improved. In addition, bending of the laminar segments and distortion of the protrusions can be alleviated, and the number of layers fixed to a single protrusion can be changed according to the protruding height of the protrusion.

Abstract
One embodiment of the present invention provides a layered laminated core formed by laminating laminae, and a laminated core manufacturing method and laminated core manufacturing apparatus for same. The laminated core according to the present invention includes: a connection hole which is provided between and connects laminae provided side by side on one side and the other side of the connection hole, and into which a protrusion formed on the one lamina is inserted and penetrates in the thickness direction; and a plurality of connection laminae on which protrusions that are inserted into the connection hole penetrating the other lamina in the thickness direction are formed at different positions. According to the present invention, interference between laminae forming the laminated core can be minimized or eliminated, and thus the height deviations across different parts of the laminated core can be minimized and the parallelism, perpendicularity, and planarity of the laminated core can be improved.

Abstract
The present invention discloses an adhesive applicator for manufacturing a core, a core manufacturing apparatus, and an adhesive application method using the same. The adhesive applicator includes: a nozzle body having at least one adhesive outlet; and a nozzle plug movably provided inside the nozzle body in order to open/close the adhesive outlet. The adhesive outlet includes a nozzle hole for discharging the adhesive from the inside to the outside of the nozzle body, and the nozzle plug includes a plug body movably provided inside the nozzle body to selectively block the nozzle hole, and a plug tip formed to protrude on a fore-end surface of the plug body. The fore-end surface of the plug body has a flat surface which faces the nozzle hole and is orthogonal to an axis of the nozzle hole. According to the present invention, since processing precision and processing easiness of the nozzle plug for opening/closing the adhesive outlet and the adhesive outlet can be enhanced, an adhesive application amount applied to the material by the adhesive applicator having a plurality of adhesive outlets can be uniformly managed.

Abstract
An adhesive applicator for manufacturing a core, a core-manufacturing apparatus, and an adhesive application method using same are disclosed. The adhesive applicator comprises: a nozzle body having at least one adhesive discharge part; and a nozzle plug movably provided in the nozzle body in order to open/close the adhesive discharge part. In addition, the adhesive discharge part has a nozzle hole for discharging an adhesive to the outside from the inside of the nozzle body, and the nozzle plug includes: a plug body movably provided in the nozzle body so as to selectively block the nozzle hole; and a plug tip protruding from the front end surface of the plug body.
