Abstract

An actuator (3) for a safety sensor 1 includes an RFID tag (31). A sensor head (2) includes an RFID reader (21) and a memory unit. The RFID reader (21) reads tag information stored in the RFID tag (31) when the actuator (3) approaches. The memory unit stores sensor information. Each of the tag information and the sensor information includes product information about the safety sensor (1). Only when the product information included in the tag information read by the RFID reader (21) matches the product information included in the sensor information, ON output processing in the sensor head (2) becomes executable. Abstract

The present invention provides an assembly structure of a movable terminal unit that can improve an ease of assembly. In the assembly structure of the movable terminal unit 7, a housing space S is defined by a first wall portion 71 and a second wall portion 72 that are oppositely disposed across a predetermined distance. Abstract

According to the present invention, an enabling switch is provided on an operation unit and outputs an enabling signal that enables the operation unit to operate an operation target. The enabling switch includes a gripping-force detection part (15) and a circuit part (2). The gripping-force detection part (15) detects whether the force with which an operator is gripping the operation unit is within a predetermined enabling range. If the gripping force drops below the lower limit of the enabling range while the enabling signal is being outputted, the circuit part (2) maintains the output of the enabling signal until a predetermined signal-output maintenance period has passed.

Abstract

Abstract

A grinding fluid generating device (1) is provided with a mixed solution generating unit (3) and a liquid delivering unit (2). Abstract

Provided is a safety switch (1), a cam (22) of which rotates about a rotation shaft (221) when triggered by an actuator (10) being inserted into or removed from an opening (213). A switch unit (32) has an operation rod (321) that moves back and forth in accordance with the rotation angle of the cam (22), and detects an inserted state in which the actuator (10) is inserted into the opening (213). In the inserted state, a lock member (25) locks the actuator (10) by engaging with a portion of the cam (22). If removal of the actuator (10) is carried out while the actuator (10) is in the locked state, the cam (22) presses the lock member (25) in a first direction, and the lock member (25) presses a portion of a head case (21) in the first direction. Due to this configuration, the locking strength of the safety switch (1) can be improved.

Abstract

Abstract

Initial liquid containing fine bubbles is produced by mixing water and air (step S11). Fine bubbles have diameters of less than 1 μm. The density of bubbles in the initial liquid is measured (step S13), and when the measured density is less than a target density (step S14), the initial liquid is heated and reduced in pressure so that the liquid is vaporized (step S15). As a volume of the liquid decreases, the density of fine bubbles increases, and high-density fine bubble-containing liquid is easily obtained. Alternatively, by increasing the density of fine bubbles in the initial liquid with using a filter that does not pass all fine bubbles, high-density fine bubble-containing liquid is easily acquired (step S15). When the density of bubbles in the initial liquid is greater than the target density, the initial liquid is diluted (step S16).

An initial liquid containing micro-bubbles is generated by mixing water and air (step S11). The bubble diameter for the micro-bubbles is 1 µm or less. Abstract

Disclosed is a method of identifying a fluorescence spectrum, which simply and highly accurately discerns multiple types of fluorescence spectrums from each other and discerns fluorescence spectrums disguised as those spectrums. The method identifies multiple types of combined fluorescence spectrums which are comprised of combined waveforms of a first fluorescence spectrum based on a first fluorescent material and a second fluorescence spectrum based on a second fluorescent material and which differ corresponding to the difference in the composition of these fluorescent materials. The method weights a measured fluorescence spectrum (Fm (λ)), which is comprised of a first fluorescence spectrum and a second fluorescence spectrum which overlap and which is measured from an object to be identified, by a first identification function (hα(λ)), a second identification function (hβ (λ)), and a third identification function (hγ (λ)), divides the respectively obtained first weighted average value, second weighted average value, and third weighted average value by the sum of the values to calculate a first identifying value, second identifying value, and third identifying value, and discerns multiple types of combined fluorescence spectrums from each other and determines the authenticity thereof on the basis of the combination of the identifying values.

Abstract

A push button switch (1) is configured in such a manner that the operation of the push button (2) held by a switch case (3) disables the contact between fixed contacts (55a, 56a) and movable contacts (55b, 56b). A first plate spring (550) is provided within the switch case (3), and the first plate spring (550) serves as a separating and pressing means for pressing in the separation direction the fixed contacts (55a, 56a) and the movable contacts (55b, 56b), said fixed and movable contacts being set in a contact state. The movable contact (55b) which can make contact with and be separated from the fixed contact (55a) is provided to one end of the first plate spring (550). The first plate spring (550) is provided so that, when the displacement of the first plate spring (550) is zero, the movable point (55b) is located at a position separated from the fixed contact (55a).

Abstract

Provided is a safety switch wherein safety can be improved by opening a switch when an operation rod is damaged or an operation unit (5) is damaged or detached, and the size of the safety switch can be reduced using a simple structure. Even if the support of a rotary shaft (13) within the operation unit (5) is released due to the operation force of a removing operation for removing the operation unit (5) from an actuator (3) and the number of removing operations exceed allowable values below which no damage occurs, the movement of an operation rod (21) in the biasing direction of a coil spring (50) is allowed, and the operation rod (21) reliably moves toward the operation unit (5). Accordingly, a first switch (39) can be reliably opened, and the safety can be improved. Further, it is not necessary to separately provide a switch to detect the movement of the operation rod (21) when there are problems in the safety switch and, accordingly, the size of the safety switch can be reduced using a simple structure.
