Abstract
The invention relates to a hybrid collector having at least one photovoltaic cell (15) that is arranged between an outer, sun-facing, and an inner carrier plate (17a, 17b), thus defining a carrier substrate (13). A rear wall (18) is arranged, with a spacing, on the rear side of the carrier substrate (13) in order to form a heat exchanger space (19) through which a heat transfer medium can flow. A marginal seal (21) is provided between the carrier substrate (13) and the rear wall (18) in order to form a heat exchanger space (19) through which a heat transfer medium can flow. A plurality of clamps (27) engage on the carrier substrate (13) and on the rear wall (18) and pull the carrier substrate (13) and the rear wall (18) against one another in order to compress the seal (21), thus sealing off the heat exchanger space (19). At least one connection socket (33) having an electrical connection for transmitting the generated direct current is arranged on the outer carrier plate.
IPC Classes ?
- H02S 40/44 - Means to utilise heat energy, e.g. hybrid systems producing warm water and electricity at the same time
- H02S 40/34 - Electrical components comprising specially adapted electrical connection means to be structurally associated with the PV module, e.g. junction boxes

Abstract
The invention relates to a hybrid collector (11) for producing power from sunlight, comprising at least one photovoltaic cell (15), which is arranged on at least one support panel (17a) such that a supporting substrate (13) is defined, a rear wall (18) which is arranged spaced apart on the rear face of the supporting substrate (13) in order to form a heat exchanger space through which a heat carrier can flow, an individual peripheral seal which is situated on the edge and seals the heat exchanger space relative to the supporting substrate (13) and the rear wall (18), and a plurality of fastening means (31) which engage on the supporting substrate (13) and the rear wall (18) and pull the supporting substrate (13) and the rear wall (18) towards one another and compress the seal, such that the heat exchanger space is sealed off. Reinforcing ribs (39), which increase the bending stiffness of the supporting substrate (13) are arranged on the surface of the supporting substrate (13).

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for operating a hybrid collector solar system (11), in which a heat carrier medium (25) which is present in a buffer accumulator (21) passes via a pump (23) into a thermal solar collector (17) of the hybrid collector in order to heat the heat carrier medium (25), wherein the pump (23) is connected into a feed line (19) which connects the buffer accumulator (21) to the thermal solar collector (17). The solar system (11) is partially filled with heat carrier medium (25) so that part of the solar system (11) is not filled and so that the heat carrier medium (25) is moved to and fro between the thermal solar collector (17) and the buffer accumulator (21) via the feed line (19) as a function of the temperature of said heat carrier medium (25), as a result of which an oscillating method of operation is implemented.
